Virtual seminars using a Zoom conference are working with the Dementia Society mailings. They are also working for high net worth clients going to a high end restaurant. The restaurant seminars are attended by about 10 people at a time. The restaurants like Capital Grill are accepting small groups in some states. Florida is allowing that as of now (July 2020). Check the state rules and restaurant rules.
